Bebe Rexha opened up about her PCOS symptoms — and her tips for treating them  in 2024. Her persistent symptom was her irregular periods. Rexha also experienced weight gain related to insulin resistance despite going to extreme measures to lose weight — like burning 700 calories in a workout and only eating 1400 calories per day. While taking medication like Metformin helped Rexha regulate her cycle, she said she still deals with painful cysts, breakouts, and bloating from the condition.

Keke Palmer

Keke Palmer opened up about her PCOS experience in 2020. She struggled with her skin and bad acne so looked into her family history and found patterns of diabetes and weight problems (both of which can be linked to PCOS) that she was able to get a diagnosis.
